1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 77abe online gaming platform ("Platform", "we" or "us") and its users ("you" or "player"). By using the 77abe website, app, or any of its services, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To create an account and play on 77abe, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You are opening an account on your own behalf, as a real individual — not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not reside in any area where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You have not previously been banned from 77abe or had an account closed.

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, 77abe reserves the right to close them and cancel any bonuses earned.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) secure.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain a safe environment, 77abe may request identity verification at any time. This may include:

• A copy of your national identity card or passport.
• Proof of ownership of your mobile banking account.
• Any document proving your age.

If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits on 77abe can be made via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit, which must be registered in the player's own name.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77abe offers new players a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to every bonus, calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the original deposit. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies with its own specific terms.
• If bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another player.
• 77abe reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

6 VIP Program

77abe's VIP Program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular gameplay. Full details on the benefits and perks of each tier will be published on the Platform. 77abe reserves the right to change the VIP Program terms at any time.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 General Gaming Rules

Every game on 77abe is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The Platform follows SSL encryption and fair play principles. If a technical fault or disconnection affects the outcome of a game, we will do our best to resolve it on the basis of maximum fairness.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Attempting to damage the Platform's systems or security measures.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing games strategically with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Playing with funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).

If any such activity is detected, the account may be immediately closed and the balance forfeited.

11 Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If there is a balance at the time of closure and wagering requirements have been met, a withdrawal can be made.

11.2 Closure by Platform

77abe reserves the right to immediately close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Providing a false identity.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

77abe is not liable for:

• Any issues or losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Disruptions caused by third-party technical failures.
• Problems with your own device or software.

77abe reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue any part of the Platform at any time — with or without prior notice. If a service interruption occurs due to maintenance, we will try to notify users in advance where possible.
